I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy 6 phones from Costco in November 2015. The rebate for $250 per phone should have been mailed by mid March. Still no rebates. I contacted Verizon at Costco on April 14 to ask about delay. They were going to check and call back. No call.I want my $500.

I bought two (2) Samsung Galaxy 6 phones in November with a $250, rebate for each phone to be paid in 14 weeks. I expected them mid March. I called verizon at Costco April 14.to ask. No info available but the employee said he would contact corporate and he would call me back. No response? I have been a Verizon and Costco customer for 20 years. I thought the delay was related to Amex and Costco. My patience is wearing thin. What next? $500. is a lot of money to be left on the table. Thank you for a quick response.
