All rebates not received

I purchased 4 smartphones (One Galaxy Note 4 and three iPhone 6) in November 2014. As guided by the wireless associates rep in Costco, I mailed all 4 rebate forms together in one envelope and my submission was received on December 11, 2014. After a long wait, I finally received one $150 cash card last week, but have no clue on the status of the remaining three. The rebate submissions do not even show up on Stuart lee website. In addition to sending an email to Stuart Lee rebates, I have also left a couple of voice messages for Wireless Associates, but yet to hear back from either of them. This is extremely disappointing. I will be going to my local Costco this weekend to lodge a formal written complaint against Wireless Advocates. Costco should do a better job of vetting the vendors before allowing them to set up shop inside Costco.
