how i know This company Because his Owner Mr Mubarak Ali know me From Several Years.in summer he sends samples of cotton Bags i was interested than he sent perfoma invoice of 25000 bags @. 0,45 USD behalf of his proforma Invoice i Sent 5000 USD on 23 of June 2017 and he Promised Me he can Send This Goods in 30 July 2017 But he failed To send Than again he send Proforma that i have to send again 4000 USD Because he issued New proforma of Total 9000 USD,so i Transfer that Amount But He after Getting He Didn't Send the Goods Just Delay Delay.
than He send me sample of cotton quilt cover Set TC 144(cotton quality).he spoke on telephone Regarding Price ,Designs etc.so we agree for this set @ 6.30 usd and 6500 PCs and after 40 days shipment with Bags.
so i Agree and i sent 15000 USD for advance to start production as per proforma invoice.Total amount was 40950. then after that i asking for production samples but i didn't get that! i tried to call everyday But He delay and at the end blocked My Number so i call some commission agent to contact him regarding shipment but he refuses to give reply and told them he will call Me but no call.so i called with private number he totally refused to pay back and send shipment because as per Mr Ali i bought Container from other buyer and not told him.
so this was the all story i really worried how i get my money back.that's i m writing you this all documents are attached with this email.and copies of 24000 USD

so I am able to prove my allotments with the help of documents.One of them is performa Invoice and other id Bank Proof of payment because my company is a Hungarian company and not a small amount of money, what a modest way to earn a legitimate money for my claim.
