I had a similar experience with Country Club Abu Dhabi. Completely trapped by them. I want to cancel my membership, since 1 1/2 years neither they were able to provide me refund the money. With a great difficulty and after exchanging many emails a country club official Mr. XXX fixed a meeting at Abudhabi office. When I reached at there office, I found it’s closed or might be shifted. I callled him over phone, he said that he is in Dubai and this office has some issues. Infect they are delaying and getting the time.
I just need to take this matter up to local authorities to intervene and investigate.
