I am the member of country club vacation since 2016. I never used it as their promises were not met. I tried convince them to refund but did not responded. Now people from condos real estate ftom dubai calling me to buy the property instead of money back. They are telling that country club is closed down. I have become member of country club in last year from ABu Dhabi branch, However Abu Dhabi branch is closed. I tried calling Dubai branches and other branches but no phone number is working. I have below concerns.

1. I want to transfer my membership to Mumbai
2. I have paid AED210 bank charges for paying country club installments which country club promised to refund. Same is not one yet.
3. I want to transfer my this year's vacation to next year as was agreed by country club but none of country club number is working hence it is becoming very difficult to understand what is going on.

I had a similar experience with Country Club. Completely trapped by them. I want to cancel my membership, since 2 years they were able to provide me refund the money. With a great difficulty and after exchanging many emails a country club official Mr. XXX fixed a meeting at Abudhabi office. When I reached at there office, I found it’s closed or might be shifted. I callled him over phone, he said that he is in Dubai and this office has some issues. Infect they are delaying and getting the time.
I just need to take this matter up to local authorities to intervene and investigate.
