I hereby complaining about our manager. He treats all the staff very bad. He doesn't know how to control his emotions towards the staff.always swears and put some threats towards the staff and munipulate our rights just to proof a point to our employer. On the 28-08-2015 he picked a fight with 3 colleguea by swearing at them. Code"Voetsek you are so much welcome to go home and quit the job as i dont give a shit about you, who the hell do you think you are and i can replace you in a second." Instead of apologising he keep on.threatening the poor lady that is not over between us you must watch your back as am on to to. The second one said similar same thing and promising that he'll make sure he looses his job and refuse the security to eat his lunch and pick an argument with him.

All the staff has raised the issue of always abusing them emotional but nothing has been done. For him saying am from Zimbabwe and you South African i'll show you nobody can do anything what's that suppose to mean to us.
