Aku salah seorang pembeli di CM.Senalam ada seorang lelaki cina call kata dia driver untuk memungut barang2 dirumah orang tua saya..Apa kes sampai nak ambil brang rumah diaorang?Aku dah pindah rumah dan alamat rumah sewa dah berlainan tapi sama blok je pon.nak ugut bagai.dia ada bagi 1 no fon lawyer kononya mnta aku berhubung dgn beliau..lawyer nama tuan haji Mukris.dia meminta aku settle 1 acc berjumlah rm5k something semalam jugak.gile mana nk cekau wet?harini dia call lgi dan akuntak layan..dia punya pulun call ayah aku..bila org tua..mesti semak n rungsing..apa perlu aku buat??30/10/2017

I am so disappointed with Court Mammoth debt collector behaviour. They are rude and so unprofessional. I purposely ignore their call since I cannot stand with their unprofessional behaviour. Simply scold people. Do not know how to respect people time.Then sent sms and faxes those threatened messages. Disclose customer information to 3rd party. I cannoy believe that big company like court mammoth trained thier debt collector that way. I do admit my conduct of payment was not really good lately. But it doesn't means thier debt collector can simply scold and curse me. Or they have no rights to inform about my misconduct of payments to others. To all of Malaysian people, be careful when you buy things from this company.
