Attitude n service

At first i check n confirm my loan is approve
Then i cal the seremban branch assistance manager whether can go pick up the item(0182874239 harlim) he say ok and also inform me to change the phone colour.
Then i went to the branch at 1pm i sit infront of him he dun even wanna serve me n keep cal for other thing n do other thing. I wait infront of him more then 15min. Then he only talk to me n ask me wait 4 him again abt 10min.at the end he say the item i purchase no stock ask me take display set I refuse say I don't want display set. The he change his word say not approve by that time I been waiting him about one hour at courts
Then I ask him then why I call you you say can pickup why I wait here so long end up you say no stock no approve he answer I cancel it for you refuse to talk to me.
I angry and call 1800 they say is approve but he cancel it dun give me the loan. N reject my cal , and keep turn me around . I need an explain , why he can treat customer like tis . Cancel itself when is approve

Goods bought cant be used!!!!BAD Service too.

Assalamualaikum Wbt and Hello,

Here i want to lodge a complaint towards COURTS Malaysia which is for me, has very BAD and poor quality of service and goods they sell.

On June 2013, I've bought a bedroom set and a laptop from Courts Sungai Buloh. When the goods were delivered, they were not delivered together. Laptop was delivered 1st and the bedroom set was delivered a week later. When i received everything, then the delivery guy told me, do not open the boxes as there will be another person (installer) to come and install the bedroom set. If I open the boxes, seal will gone and the installer won't install the goods.

So I had to wait for another week to install those things. Unfortunately, when the installer came, he opened the boxes and we found out the mirror for dressing table was broken to pieces. Not just that, all the screws and handles were not provided enough. The installer advised me to lodge a complaint and report so I did that through their customer service. Unfortunately, this report was keep pending for around 2 weeks and I had to call back. Surprisingly, the agent said, no complaint was found for this acc. Then I had to make another complaint, and from there, I kept calling them every 2 or 3 days. And finally, when it seems no solutions they can provide, I said to their customer service, I wont pay the installment as long as they didn't fix this issue. And this issue keep going for about 4 to 5 months.

On the last week of November 2013, I got a call from an agent, saying they wanted to send a new mirror and the screw sets. As I was not anywhere near my house, I told them to send it after 2 weeks. Right after 2 weeks, I got a call but this time, its from collector saying that they want to come to my house and seize all the thing inside my house except for food and clothes. A guy named Tuan Omar said this, and I believed this guy is someone who working in the legal dept for Courts. I told him that I wont be available at home that day, and he told me he didn't care as he got warrant from police and city council.

To settle this issue, I was asked to call their collection dept and the collection dept claimed that I never made any payment except for the 1st payment. I agreed and I told them that there are reasons why I did that. A girl called Wana from collection dept claimed I never made any complaint for this. Again I had to call the customer service but surprisingly, this time, there're records that I've complaint before.

After that, they promised to send the new mirror and screw sets at the end of the week. Sadly when they send the new mirror, the set of screw are not there either. What a service they provide to the customer.

For the outstanding amount, this girl said that I had to pay full amount of outstanding by January. I can't use the goods because of COURTS errors yet I have to pay? NONSENSE!!!

Now I would like to take this to media if this Consumer Complaint Forum can't help.
