Purchase 2 matrass on 22/Dec ad request to send on 29/12. But till 31/12 10:10pm, we still waiting the goods.
We been call the customer centre for more than 10 times. A lot of reason is given . They inform KL HQ branch don't know Prai warehouse phone. Unable to get the reply from the Prai warehouse. on 31/12 lorry driver call me and inform will send the goods on 7.30pm. But till 10pm, I call up to the driver again, he inform KULIM is traffic jammed. But I live in Kulim more than 30 years, KULIM will not have traffic jammed as Penang practise.

i'm really regret to purchase from Courts and this is the 1st and last time . I'm also did share this bad experience to all my friend..

What i'm request is if Courts is delay the delivery , pls inform the customer. Do not lie or just ignore the call from the customer.
You will loose the customer confidence no matter how cheap of your offer.

Everytime courts mammoth debt collector's did not check with Courts's properly whether the customer had settle the payment or still pending for payment. Each time you need to explained to them that your payment is thru online banking. There are quite rude and will keep sending you the text message either day or night. On top of it, will call you using private number which you can't even trace the caller. Is this is the service which Courts Mammoth could provide to the customer. Attached is one of the text message from the debts collector. What make me so angry with them is that when you contacted Courts Mammoth itself, they mentioned just ignore the message. It is easy for them to gave the answer but yet the collectors do not have manners. I think before Courts Mammoth hiring the collectors on behalf of the company, please make sure that there had been trained to handle the customer. The best part is not them to be blame at the end but Courts Mammoth itself because nobody knows who are there except the company name.
