Repairing sofa

Saya telah membeli sofa secara bayaran ansuran di Court Mammoth P.Jaya.Dlm surat perjanjiaan telah dinyatakan saya perlu membayar utk Court Furniture care sebanyak Rm249 dan Warranty sebanyak Rm167.
Tetapi apabila sofa saya mengalami kerosakan utk pvc saya telah merujuk kepada pihak court.tetapi diberitahu saya sofa tersebut hanya set pvc dan tidak ada warranty pembaikan.disini..saya ingin tahu apa kah tujuan 2 perkara di atas yg perlu saya byr jika saya tidak di jamin utk pembaikan.Harap mendapat penjelasan ..bukan hanya hubungi dan gertak bagi pembayaran yg lewat ..tetapi harus juga prihatin dan bertanggung jawap pd brg yg dijual pd pelanggan.Terima kasih.

Cash Back & no relief of staff

On 20th Nov, I received a call from Courts in PJ to collect my Cash Back cheque, just 2 days after i made payment for my items (this was efficient). But i found out that they mis-spelled my last name and I asked them to change it. The cheque had to be sent back to HQ and I waited for a few days for them to call me back. On the 26th, after not receiving any calls from Courts, i decided to call & was informed that the person responsible for the mis-spell had to pay a fine of rm20 so that HQ can issue another cheque. That person was not at work that day so waited for the next day & got a call askibg me to come & give a copy of my i/c (which i'm sure they already have since i already have account there). After giving them a copy if my i/c, they told me they'll call me once cheque. I waited & waited & waited! Yesterday, 2nd Dec, I called Courts AGAIN to ask if my cheque was ready, the lady on the phone said tge person in charge was on leave n asked me to call back the next day. So, today, 2 weeks waiting for my cheque, i called again n that person is on MC! I asked whether anyone else can help me with this but was told that the person in charge was the only one who can! What i'm not satisfied with is, firstly, i was not the one who entered my last name wrong! Secondly, does it take 2 weeks to get my cheque ready? Coz i have paid for my purchases! ANd lastly, if the person in charge is not around, there should be someone covering for her on matters like this! I mean, Courts is HUGE! You should have more efficiency that this! CUSTOMER SERVICE & CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY is important for your business! I've called numerous times but NOBODY could help me?!! I've been patient not raising my voice! But my patience got limits! Be more efficient, pls!!!!
