saya mengalami tunggakan untuk 2 bulan sahaja dan untuk pengetahuan pihak anda saya sudah memaklumkan gaji saya masuk berapa Hari bulan dan sewaktu pembelian staf korang angguk macam lembu kena cucuk hidung menandakan mereka faham.
dan hari ini staf collector dari no telefon 0192093121 dan kerap menghantar mesej berbaur ugutan siap dengan tulisan BESAR lagi.
saya rasa orang yang sama mengugut saya sedangkan sebelum ini mereka dah telefon saya dan meminta maaf tapi kali ini sudah melampau! dan harga sepatutnya harga telefon tersebut 3*** dan bila keluar agreement jadi 5***!!

Courts mamoth was not able to deliver their promise!!
Their sales person had promoted their product tie with "so-call" 48 hours cash back but now the 48 hours had become hundreds of hours but the cash back was not given.

It's not all about money BUT it is about how they handle their internal affair and their inability to DELIVER their promises..
It is funny when the the customer service in HQ push customer to the branch by saying that they do not aware that the product is available, and when I approached the branch (Sri Damansara), the branch say they can't do much because HQ peoples are responding to their e-mail.. so, should I care and become your middle person then???

It's simple..If you do not have the product or the features attached to it..Don't sell!!
If you have it.. make sure you give it timely as promised!!
