Age discrimanation

I work for Cracker Barrel in Sherman. I am 55 and a server. I do not get set because the hostess only sits her friends from HS and Jr. College. I watched many tapes in training saying we do not discriminate. I want to have someone contact me so I can file a formal complaint against my company. I have been there and have had many affirmations, every day some new waitress comes along and they are friends with hostess and I do not get set. I am very angry, this is age discrimination.
