Non refund of payment in error

I have had trouble with my password but have dealings CrazySales through encore. I was interested in a piano and stool and after much frustration sent an electronic transfer of $447.59 to a previous transaction entry number on 27/11/14

They C/S have been contacting every day asking if I want to proceed with the purchase,I have replied that I don't because the sale option will have runout I advised them that I don't want as I am contemplating buying a keyboard.

I have furnished with my Account Name Maurice O'Rourke BSB# 696 732 Account# 0627688196 to no avail.
