Iam using Rakbank credit card since one n half year I never missed payment till date....I got a charge of over limit due a purchase done by error and since it was month end and I was stuck with work I couldn’t call so I paid the amount due and requested Rakbank for a one time goodwill waiver they discarded my request saying it’s invalid reason...my question is it not possible on humanitarian grounds to consider the request because it happen due to human error coz Iam a human ...Rakbank cant consider this request it’s hard too believe and it’s one time waiver I haven’t ask this before...hoping for a positive response

Dear sir ,
This is regarding the credit card ( 4622 1000 0125 7011 )statement dtd 25 -11 -2014 which is showing extra financial charges of AED 278.06.

These extra charges are for non payment of only AED 395.87 less to my earlier month statement.

This has surprised me as i was not knowing about this rule.

Sir, actually speaking , i was out of station & could not access to my staement . However , on the basis of gestimation , i deposited AED 6500 as against the bill of 6895.87. If you see my past record , i was always very punctual in paying the credit card bills.

This time , i could not do so , because i was out of station & could not access my statement.

Being a vaulable customer & always appreciate FGP services , i request you to please waive off this penalty.


I assure you sir , i will take care in future for this nonpayment issues.
