Unauthorized credit card transaction from XBOX

There was unauthorized transaction of 2240 INR on my credit card on Nov 3rd 2016, I don't know what to do, so asked bank to deactivate my card account. But, any help on how to get this refunded??

Charges on my credit card

I just checked my account and I got 3 charges:
MICROSOFT1291INRUSDB2C BILL.MS.NET
2240.00 INR @ .020000000000
MICROSOFT1291INRUSDB2C BILL.MS.NET
2240.00 INR @ .020000000000
MICROSOFT1291INRUSDB2C BILL.MS.NET
2240.00 INR @ .019900000000
I don't know why they changed these! Could Someone help me how to get my money back, please?
