two time payment deduct

credit card,
manager,
delhi,
sub-two time payment deduct.
respected sir,
I have used your card since last 6th month.my card no-4726427955298625.i have alrady paid 23000rs on 22-11-17,but from your side on 24-11-17 payment is again deduct from my account .kindly give detail agints this debit.and refund my amount as early as possible ..
