Hi,

I had sent mail through my account inbox for getting the clarity for closing my loan on my credit card, i got reply on 30th September saying that its 4999 AED as outstanding and 210 as foreclosure charges.
I paid 500 AED on 1st October and 4670 AED on 12th October and also had confirmed to close the loan on 4th October, now i am getting mail saying hat the outstanding is 322 AED where as the calculation says its 40 AED.
I been paying monthly 34 AED extra from beginning to my EMIs. I am feeling like bank is cheating with me. Even after confirming and paying the money this month interest is applied 50 AED. Please look into the matter and help to clear it..
