We called in and told NPMG 1-800-324-9825 and told them we are sending the credit card machine back and that we would not be renewing the contract with them that was January 27, 2012, the company Lease Finance out of New York did get the machine back, then on 2/24/2012 merchant services took from our bank account $ 87.43 and caused our account to bounce 35.00 fee, then on 3/02/2012 they took 57.08, I called them to tell them they had no approved to take any funds out of our account and they little girl on the phone was so rude and told me that I was not getting any money back what so ever, I have see on RIP off .com that this is happening to a lot of people something needs to be done about this company, I did everything to cancel this account and they still are stealing money from our bank account . I will be calling BBB about this company and I will be calling a lawyer also, I have never ever took from anyone and this company just gets away with stealing from people . We are a very very small business and every Pennie is so important for us and for someone to steal from us is just wrong [email protected]
