On 11/17/20 that night i received a email from credit karma saying if i need help with my car loan i could ask my lien Holder Sandtander Consumer Usa for a Deferment trying to make me responsible for my remainder balance thats left after my insurance Company Pronto paid their portion for my car being totalled. trying to cover up what they did like i said i have Gap and SantanderConsumer usa sopose to submit all my documents to the Gap Company. to get paid.so im not paying for the left over balance the Gap Company have to pay so like i said i will see Sandtander Consumer usa in court.
