I've has this card for a while. I went from a $300 limit upto a $2100 limit. I thought everything was great until I started charging my honeymoon on the card. Out of no where the card was being declined. I call the # on the back of the card and customer service SUCKED!!! No one can give me a logical explanation as to what's going on. They want me to send a copy of my driver license to them?? WHAT after all these years all of a sudden you want a copy of my license.???? Keep in my I verified my SS# my address my security ? so NO that does not seem like a safe idea. I even offered to pay the balance off in full right now so they would release the card and nothing!!! And the people on the customer service are RUDE !! Treat you like your a criminal. I am done with this company. You are losing a loyal paying customer!!!!!!!!!!!1

10 calls a day- when i asked them to stop calling- blocked me out of my online account- excessive fees-denied card privileges-dishonesty- keep you on the phone waiting-poor customer service-robo calls-excessive late fees

Obtained a credit card with credit one bank to build my credit do to the fact I've never had credit for the purpose obtaining a FHA loan so my financials advise had advised me to build credit by opening a credit line witch was Credit one bank 0n 6/17/17 they sent me a credit card so after three weeks had lapsed did I decided to make two payments to it'll look to look good on my credit score on 7/10/17 to my amazement they sent both payment back and closed the account and they still haven't gave me any explanation for three actions I've already made a complaint with the BBB probably wouldn't make any difference this the reason why "I" never should of gotten involved with credit cards ,creditors or banks knowing both of this business's working hand and hand making sure you don't look bad understood loud and clear knowing this all this "BS" thanks for nothing seriously seriously nothing

I making a complaint against credit one bank in las vegas nevada. I called two weeks ago and told them I was in the hospital and could not make payment at that time and asked to remove late fee. They replied they dont do hardships. Then I lost my job they again said another late fee will be posted and they dont have a collection department after a supervisor stated I could do a payment program. After being disconnected five times I just sat and cried. May no one go through these hardships. This monster company makes up their own rules and calls your phone ten times a day even weekend. I will be writing agencies and state agencies to close this operation.

Contact the Comptroller of the Currency. You should get satisfactory settlement within 30 days. It works! I used it when I had a beef with Newport News catalog and the bank that issues their credit cards.
