This is the worse company ever they rip disabled people off money I did a bridge on the 28and because I missed it by one day I lost 50 rollers they said cause I missed paying on time had to pay the whoe bill instead of 94which is what owed I had to pay 144i will spread word and report to better business beru people watch out dealing with cricket they rip the disabled people off

I signed up for Cricket's service a few months ago and I've had nothing but problems with this particular store owner. Cricket as a whole service is fine and I did find a better location but for anybody in my area planning on switching to Cricket, Do not go to this store. The guy that owns it is a thief and will sell you crap and whatever to make as much money as possible. He gave me two horrible phones, never gave me the rebate and lied to me on a continuous basis. I paid $80 for a $30 phone because he was supposed to give me a rebate and I never got it. He will cheat you out of money, I can guarantee it. I've heard many other people complain about this store in particular as well. I never complain about any business publicly but this store does not deserve to be in business.

Hi, You need to file a BBB complaint against that store try to call their customer service, (if you can get them on the phone some way) and let them know that what this man is doing is illegal and his private store needs to be shut down. I would of called the police when I was there if I was you. He is doing false and misleading sales which where I live the mayor has the right to shut the business down just for that. File a complaint as soon as you can that way other people won't be ripped off by this ripoff. Good Luck!
