Locking your phone you paid CASH for and will not give it to you.
Ist of June tried cricket because I love in a rural area. Bought paid CASH for a phone I thought was mine. Oh oh no no. I bought a service plan for one month. Next day. Didn't work. Roads I travel no service. I'm handicapped and need a dependable phone. Next day when to take back and just get my money back. They offed to refund phone but cricket would have to refund plan. They called tried to help me. Well cricket was having problems and no way to communicate with them. SO WHAT DO I DO? went home tried crick cyst service couple day couldn't get thru. later I become I'll and did not handle any business. Well i figured by now I'm not gpingbto get my plan $ back. But I wanted the code to unlock my phone to try another service. THEY WOULD NOT UNLOCK A PJONE U BOUGHT PAID FOR IN FULL. THAT WITH THE CODE WOULD BE NO USE TO ME. HOW DO THEY HAVE THAT RIGHT?? DOESN'T SEEM LEGAL? AND DEFINATELY NOT MORAL. So. I've called consumer advocates. Will be calling every one I can. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM CRICKET. IT WILL NOT REALLY BE YOURS!!

shut phone off when i gave new debt card number
I called cricket wirelesson3/17/16 and spoke with Jesus and he took my card number and told me that he will send me a text stating I was approved and to accept with the agreement of auto pay from my bank then on sat 3/19/16 my phone was suspended I was very upset about this so my boyfriend and I went to cricket store the lady was very helpful helped me call the cricket wireless customer service and the lady the phone told me my card was declined why didn't Jesus tell me that in the first place and my card was approved at the store they screw up and the customer suffers not fear at all very poor customer service and I had a hard time understanding them if they speak English don't hire them

I visited store 4539 FM 1960 W Houston Tx 77090 1/10/12. I purchased two phones and requested insurance for both phones. One phone wasn't working properly so I visited the same store Wednesday 2/15/12 to get the phone repaired. When I get to the store the rude rep tells me the phone is not insured and I would have to purchase another phone. I was outraged! I ask rep why should I be penalized for the reps mistake? She looks at me with a blank stare. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was out until Saturday. I ask for the corporate number and another rep whom I wasn't talking to blurted out 1-800-cricket. It angered me because I know that's not the corporate number. I'm glad I found this website because someone was nice enough to post the real corporate number. I guess I will try calling them and see what happens. I am a first time customer with cricket and I am very dissatisfied at this point!
