I was fired from Crothall health services@mobile infirmary for my absent which is unfair when their policy is 3 counseling before termination. I am pregnant and I have missed days due to being very sickly with my pregnancy. I still would come to work on time everyday and work very hard. I have only had 2 consulting about my absents never a 3rd so I'm still trying to figure out how I was fired when I never received a 3rd write up. Their management is very unorganized. They do not communicate with each other and they have one manager that is very rude disrespectful and just very nasty to employees. She acts as if she owns you or something she speaks to you like your trash and never apologize for her terrible behavior towards employees.
