Engine oil poor quality

My crv 1.5tcp turbo have indicator to come for service due 4900 after I just service 2 weeks.this second time I experience this type of issue and I m very disappointed with the explanation given. I like got cheated by Honda Malaysia for not using the correct engine oil when service. Poor quality of engine oil that not reaching 10K already request I come for service...

If this is not going to be addressed by Honda Malaysia I will being this issue higher level....
