Camera and air cond

I have received my crv at 27/6/ 2021 with no function left camera and an air conditioner not cold .I have made appointment to repair it with the Macinda Auto Kuantan Pahang where i bought this car. After a whole day at work shop this problem still not well.I should send my car again to work shop after report to hq done by Macinda.My question is why i should face this problem because i bought a new car not a second hand car.HONDA was a big name in auto industries but very bad in reality.
