Dear Management Team of Honda Malaysia.
After so much of thought im writting this letter myself and I am not representing CRV Community Malaysia to Honda but I am sure many of Honda CRV owners will have the same opinion and thought as I did.I have never used Honda car before but had always dreamt of using CRV.I booked the car against my husband opinion cause he told CRV is not a good choice.As he said im regretting my decision of buying CRV now.Im very disappointed with CRV quality issues, poor after sales service and Honda Malaysia lack of commitment in addressing all of our concerns.
THE POWER OF DREAM – had become a dream and nightmare to all of us.
I bought the car in dec 2017.Took it on my birthday.You wont believe today i bought the car the next day had issue with the side of the tyre.Check it in Honda Botanic its broken...how is possible a new car as such defect?
My thought of buying a new car is that i wont have any issue with the car for at least 5 years..But im wrong with this car.Ever since i bought the car till now its been going in and out of the service centre for repair.This will be my last car ill buy from Honda and will tell my family and friends not to buy honda cars as their service and quality are poor.
Once i have send my car for changing the door knob under warranty,they even stole my smart tac.When i asked the honda represententive he told me will look into it and didnt respond to me..later calling and telling i didnt send the car with smart tac..when i told i'll make a police report then letting me know they found the smart tac.That also i called multiple times to get back the smart tac which took me almost 3 months to get it back..
I don’t see Honda Malaysia seriousness in handling our complaints/feedback.There is always no response from Honda Malaysia for any issue that we needed the answer..will let me know will call you once we receive the waranty item but will not call back.Until i called again and again then only will inform the item just arrived.No efficient among the customer service.
I am very disappointed with Honda Malaysia customer service .
We are still struggling with customer service relunctancy in handling our cars issues. We also struggle to get our car fix but instead we were asked to come again and again for separate complaints. Seems like it is OKAY for Honda Malaysia to let its customers struggle with all the quality issues and customer service is just taking very lightly.
Maybe one voice is too small for Honda Malaysia to pay attention too.
Poor quality of Honda CRV, and with no feedback/response from Honda Malaysia after the complaints – only shows how bad is the after sales service of Honda Malaysia.Please give me other alternative what i should do with this car.Im tired sending this car for service for so much of error..i need a proper car which i need to use to go work not a car always giving me problem.I dont have alternative car if i send this car for repair.Everytime i send for repair the car need to be there for 3-4 days.please think bout consumer problem too.Hope to hear from you.
