I had a yag or Z problem, it was 20/20 at first. then it bent, and he did another surgery and put a ring around to strengthen it. My vision is worse, and up close my vision is 20/50. I'm wondering who should I contact for legal recourse? He said it wasn't his fault, we can never tell how somebodies body is going to accept it. He said mine was 1 or 2 that he's seen in the last 12 years. I had to pay $2700 out of pocket that the insurance didn't cover. I would atleast expect that back. They make you sign a big stack of papers before the surgery, but they sell you on the idea that there's nothing to worry about, this procedure is very successful.
