Please avoid this business!! I cannot stress enough how important it is that you NOT entrust these people with your eyes! The facilities are deceptively professional and 'spa-like', but the doctor is 'not right'. I'm the sort of person who would prefer to elaborate rather than be vague, but because of a concern that litigation will be used as a tool for intimidation, just be fair warned. Find another place to trust your eyes to and be confident that you're protecting your health AND your personal dignity by doing so.

I am female and have always been treated with the highest respect. I have never seen Dr. Sylvester treat anyone poorly. We have been customers for over 5 years and have always been treated well. We don't always buy our glasses there, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye exam, prescriptions or even my medical eye care.
