My car was totaled in January by a non insured motorist, State Farm called my car a total loss in February, they contacted CSC logic to get the title so they could pay off the loan to CSC Logic . CSC Logic told me and State Farm that they never changed the title to there name when they bought my loan from sun trust bank even though the the loan had been in there possession for over a year and the title would take 6 weeks to send the title to State farm , It is now May 24th and state farm hasn't received the title yet, I spoke to Felipe in the claims department at CSC Logic and he told me they sent a power of attorney to state farm on 4/18/18 and today but they will not take the power of attorney to pay off the loan , they want the perfected title.I made payments until May but now they still want a 365 dollar a month payment for a car that was totaled in February, they want May and Junes payment which equals 865 dollars, I think it is an illegal act by CSC Logic ,they never changed the title to there name when they took over the loan when they should have and now I the consumer has suffered greatly for this, They said my credit score would be affected by this. Who do I call to help me with this problem, please someone help.The complaints by consumers on this site about CSC Logic is making my head spin.
