Extra Payment Taken

My loan was sold to this company, I had no control over this. I finished paying off my loan mid-May and they still continued to take payments from my bank account. I called my bank and had the deductions stopped, however, it has been hell trying to get my money back. Every single time I call I get a different excuse or timeframe. First they insisted they didn't have my moner, then it was pending 3-5 business days, then it was 10 days, then it was "by the end of the month", then a Supervisor Sherry Williams told me she would call me back right away and I never got a call. 2 months later I call every 2 days and have no resolution. These people will not return my money, which makes me not want to purchase a vehicle from Balise ever again. I don't know if it is their fault, but when I try to contact them, since they are the people I bought the car from and they are the ones that set me up with the loan company, they also give me the run around. Today I spoke to someone by the name of Janet at CSC who states the Supervisor Sherry Williams has been out for a few days and she doesn't know why and the other supervisor is on the phone. Then she says she will personally give me a callback. I'm waiting... How do I get my money back??

CSC logic

CSC logic is a criminal company. My loan was sold to them from suntrust, something I had no control over.
After I paid my loan off CSC logic continued to charge me fees. Despite complaints from me to all levels of their leadership. Whatever you do, DO NOT have your loans serviced with them. I am exploring options of class action suit against them,

Fraud- Check your credit score

BMO sold my car load to these scammers. I never got mail from BMO Harris, I get a final notice from CSC logic about being delinquant. I did set up the payment to go to CSC now but my credit score already showed a 30 points drop which puts me at a B level. I had an almost perfect score before this. Very disappointed at BMO Harris for doing this to their customers without notice. Make sure to let BMO Harris to not transfer your loan without notice to these scammers, or better yet run away from BMO Harris, they are their partners in these scams.

LIARS

This company bought my loan from BMO Harris- sent a "welcome packet" that never came- and then promply dinged my credit score (and my husband's credit score) 100 pts. We have record we had our credit union buy the loan and send a cashier's check in plenty of time- but they "claim" they didn't receive it- even though there is a paper trail proving the did.

They will lie, cheat, and steal. DO NOT GO WITH THE COMPANY. My lawyer is working on our case already- and I've alerted the BBB about what happened. I will be calling the BBB every day until this is resolved.

FRADU

I was a customer of BMO Harris before they sold my loan to CSC Logic. Horrible customer service! I was extremely disappointed that BMO Harris Bank would sell their automobile company to this dishonest, ghetto company! I had to call at least 5x to get a hold of a live representative, they misplaced my check twice,claimed I gave them the wrong number, but it ended up that one of the representatives wrote my wrong bank account number and never processed my check. I was notified twice I was in collections because of them! My car loan is supposed to be taken on the 8th and its never taken out on that date, it takes them at least 3 weeks for them to take a payment. One representative kept blaming my bank, or that I had an incorrect bank account number, which was completely false. I finally decided to speak to a supervisor and they cannot process my proper payment on time. Currently looking at another Loan company because this is ridiculous! please avoid this company!

Credit Check

I was a customer of BMO Harris before they sold my loan to CSC Logic. Has anyone else checked their credit report? I check mine frequently and am also in the middle of buying a home. When the bank ran my credit report it had dropped 15 points from what I expected. I got on the Internet to check, CSC had done a credit check which was a hard inquiry. Why in the world would they have to do a credit check when they took the loan from a bank? I am also getting constant calls regarding being delinquent in payment which I am not. All of their voice mails and letters say they are calling or writing in an effort for debt collection. I am paid a month in advance!!!!!! I think we have been sold to the wolves.

Poor Service

Sadly I can understand the other complaints. This company bought my loan from BMO Harris. Before I received my first invoice I was getting collection calls and a letter because I unknowingly missed my automatic payment with BMO Harris. My first request for automatic payment setup was somehow lost or not acted upon. The first customer service rep was not helpful. Finally I think, with the help of a nice customer service rep, I am set up. But the process was not smooth with the takeover of my loan and getting a payment to them. Just poor service and most of us have no choice because another bank sells our loans to CSC. If there are any more issues I will refinance with another company. Maybe I will anyway.

Lost check/ rude customer service

This company bought my loan from another. I sent my first payment to them and somehow it didn't show up?? I've never had a problem with the last place misplacing checks, but somehow this one did. I took the initiative to call three different times to check on this problem. I finally had to cancel my check and got charged a bank fee. CSC should reimburse this fee and they refused. Not only that- they are very rude and try to talk down to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I mentioned I would be making a complaint on here and have seen many other bad reviews the lady goes on how people don't want to pay their bills and then come on here and complain. I was the one that called them THREE times to check the payment process. Horrible, horrible customer service!

Fraud/Illegal Business Practices

CSC has been in possession of my vehicle since January 19, 2016 and after numerous calls to their office, the last one to them on 4/18/16, I am constantly being told that the vehicle that they repossess has still not gone out to auction. Here it is going on 4 months after they took ownership and still they have not provided to me any proof of the status of my vehicle. On 4/18/16 I spoke to a Ms. Reed who informed me that the vehicle still has not been put up for auction, and she could not provide any other information to me as to why not. I requested from her documentation that would show the charges that are constantly being applied to my account every month and her response was that there is no way for her to provide to me a statement showing how these charges were being applied and how they were being added up. I honestly believe that CSC Logic is running some sort of scam and if this is the case individuals should be prosecuted and held accountable. I will be immediately contacting the Attorney General in my state, hoping and praying that these predators can be brought to justice if they are found to be committing fraudulent acts against me. This is still the United States of America, the last time I checked.

Worst possible customer service

My husband had an auto loan through a local bank, they sold the loan to CSC. My husband passed away and I have been trying to clean up his financials. CSC made this extraordinarily difficult if not near impossible. After his passing I called all his creditors to explain the situation and all EXCEPT CSC were very accommodating and understanding. CSC just kept telling me that monies were past due and they were going to do everything in their power to collect, or they were going to take the car away. Now my husband had NEVER been late on a payment, usually paid early and more than the minimum due. I sent them all the paperwork they requested, death certificate, financial power of attorney, etc. Every single time I called them I had to repeat the story, it was like they had never heard it in the past. It got to a point that I was recognizing the reps voices on the phone.

They called my house at least 3 times a day. I stopped answering the phone.

I was able to put together enough funds to pay off the loan in full, sent them a check. Three weeks later that check was never cashed. The pay-off amount increased. I flipped my lid - it was just a way to get more money from me. I finally got in touch with a manager who took my case on herself. She paid attention to the story and made sure the harassing phone calls stopped. She tracked down the money and saw it was applied appropriately. She personally sent me all the documents I needed to have to bring this to a close. One person out of all those that work for this organization did something right, the first time and every time. Too bad her work style and ethics don't apply to any of her colleagues.

If I ever buy another car, or anything that requires a loan, and it is sold to CSC, I am going immediately refinance with someone else. I won't work with this company again.

I highly recommend to the manager that did finally rescue me to find another job. This company is going to burn you out to a point of no return/

letter certified

I just received a letter and its from CSC Logic but the address matches my Flagship Credit. The date I had to pay by was November 29, 2015.I just received the mail today . December 1, 2015..Its saying I owe 897.95 and if I dont pay that amount my car could be repoed..I have contacted them numerous times and send letters discussing my situation and I have gotten no response. Im freaking out now because im a single mom and no way have that money laying around..Any suggestions

Late fees for no reason and bad cust. service

We were financed through a different company and in good standing. We paid 2 sometimes 3 times the payment amount due. Once CSC acquired the account they immediately said that we have a pas due balance. After continuous phone calls to them they just keep saying that the account was sent to them that way and that it is unpaid still. In fact the first lady I spoke with kept saying different reasons as to why there was a late fee. Then they finally transferred me to a 'manager' that had a bad attitude and like we were harassing him because we didn't want to pay something that we didn't owe. Still not resolved, I think they want to make if difficult so that you will just pay the small extra payment to get in good standing even though you don't owe it. Such a crap company.

double billing

I received a payment due notice on April 26th, that stated I owed Two (2) payments as the payment due in April was late and I owed a payment for May as well. I wrote a check on the 27th of April and it cleared on May 5th. I just received a statement that says I owed two payments again by May the 12th (today is the 11th) with a statement date of the 22nd of April. this is a carbon copy of the statement I received on the 26th of April.

Reported payment delinquent with out my receiving a payment notice

when CSC began managing my loan, I was pre-paid for three months (double payments from day one). I received a payment coupon with No Payment Due. I called to verify that this was correct and was told that it was and I would received a payment coupon in the mail every month and would not get a "Payment book". the next communications I received from them two months later was to tell me I was delinquent in the payments. I had not received a notice as I was told I would. If I had the funds, I would pay off the loan just to be shed of them. I will not allow them to auto-deduct from my account.
