The dirt beside csx railroads track at 7638 hgy7north whitesburg ky41858 is fallen into the kentucky waterways being same as rockhouse creek and is forcing it over on my land destroying it and when the water raises it almost hits my home and another persons beside of me and it is forcing the waterway being rockhouse creek on colson ky right between lovesbranch and beaverdam why wont the csx railroad fix it do they have to wait until it murders someone? Yes i said murder wouldnt it be the same as after you have reported it several times through the months and years i mean cmon csx!?????
