I live within 1/2 mile of a train track that intersects with a road I travel daily. There is a stopped train blocking this intersection on a continual basis and I'm not talking for just a few minutes either! I want to know of how long they can legally stop at the intersection like that!
Today I left my house about 1:00pm. Had to drice thhe the long way around since a train was stopped on the tracks. I went to the gas station, the post office, stood in line at Target to make a return and to our storage facility to drop off totes of Christmas decorations and the train was still there when I got home a little after 2:00pm!!!
