We have one road in and out of a small country town - Seneca, IL. Today (and this is not an isolated incident) I sat at the track for 25 minutes while they switched tracks/engines AND I was probably 1/2 mile back by this time. I can only imagine how long the cars in front of me sat. This happens probably 3 times a week. As I mentioned, this is the only road in and out of town. There are people that need to get to work, ambulances, fire engines, etc. There needs to be something done. Maybe it shouldn't be done in the middle of rush hour traffic. Maybe you can plan the time better. This is absolutely ridiculous and CSX cares about nothing but themselves as there have been many, many complaints on this issue.
