Today 08/03/18 at 07:45, Bus Number Ch0GA-5319 (23A) is coming from khuda ali sher to isbt43. When it is coming at shivalik vihar bus stop . Full rush of people wait here. The bus overload by the passengers because this was the office timing of all people. Everyone want to reach office on before timing. But in that bus lady bus conductor talk to people very rough language and doing Misbehave. She talk to people that get out from the bus. This bus conductor does not think that CTU Bus is not her own property. Th8s is a government property and she is only an employee of CTU roadways. My request is to general manager , please take action on this complaint.
