My name is Kshitiz Bansal, I was travelling from ISBT sector 17 Chandigarh to Karnal in A/c bus scheduled at 10.30 Am on 19 August 2023 in bus number CH01GA7361. On the way I found at the he is not stopping on the bus stop in Karnal when I confronted him with the same he said that bus stops only at ITI chowk In karnal. He said so because he took more than 30 mins break as the bus was for a long route and to compensate the time he was ready to go inside the city or from the route that is generally taken. He even gave the free ride to his relative in the bus who were sitting on the seat number 1 7 and 8 and near kurukshetra ticket checkers boarded the bus and found out the same but did not take any action against him. He was rude and mannerless that he not only misbehave but try to hit me and you confirm all these things from the camera which is in the bus. You can check 3 of his relatives in the bus and the entire incident and when i said I'll complaint about it he told me to get down from the bus and wants to pick a fight with me and because I had to get down in between the journey i has to pay extra prices to reach the destination

His behaviour was not something that should be ignored and his ethics were also proven in the same incidents i want you to conduct internal inquire on such ill mannered people

Sir/Madam,

I have complaint against conductor of bus no.
CH01GA5358(Route no 80) which departs from Zirakpur at 1.00pm. i ask for conductor sir how many rupees for Baltana Stop. He ask for me 20 rupees and i payed same rupees.But FLAT FARE Ticket given me.Three passenger are in the bus. Second passenger show the pass. 3rd passenger give 10 rupees. Conductor give him the pass(0.00)ticket. I found out then that another passenger also landed at Baltana and I asked him for ticket. 10 from that traveler and 20 from me.And that traveler have pass(0.00)ticket and i have FFT ticket.
I request you to take a strict action against him. So that the same does not happen with anyone else. I hope you will soon take the necessary action and make us feel more secure.

I have complaint against conductor of bus no. CH01GA5349(Route no 80) which departs from Zirakpur at 1.30 pm . Although I had student paas , he refused to accept it while I was returning from my school. This matter is of 22 September 2018. Please look into this matter and take strict action against him.

Today (23-04-2018), we were coming from sector 17 in CTU DEPOT-1 Bus NO.- CH01G 5325 day shift 9.30am . i said bus conductor this is my i card ( my father is working in ctu department ) and he is speaking that your id card not working in this bus and i asked why any reson and he start misbehavioure with me . and i asked again plz get my ticket to naya gaon . AND he not give me ticket. and He is same behaviour with me 3rd time.
I request you to take a strict action against him. So that the same does not happen with anyone else. I hope you will soon take the necessary action and make us feel more secure.

Sir/Madam,
I am Neha from Ambala,Baldev Nagar. Yesterday (7-11-2017), we were coming from Jind in CTU DEPOT-1 Bus NO.- CH01G17505. My husband said bus conductor ”Please drop us at baldev nagar”. But he refused with excuse that we are going from fly over of baldev nagar.
My husband said that as per CTU rules buses are not authorized to use fly over at this time. He said “ZADA MAT BOL THAPAD KHAYEGA”.
I felt bad for my husband and then I shouted on him. He pushed me. He dropped us at Kalka Chowk and we walked to baldev nagar. And then suddenly, he turned bus towards Baldev nagar Railway fatak. Sir, we felt very bad . He used abusive language. He showed my husband slap.
I request you to take a strict action against him. So that the same does not happen with anyone else. I hope you will soon take the necessary action and make us feel more secure.
