Rash driving and misbehaviour from driver

Bus no. CH 01GA 5024 non A/C , DEPOT-4, Route Mansa Devi to ISBT 43, date 27/05/18, time 20:37:26.

Rash drivimg from driver, almost hit one bike and one car in industrial area Chandigarh and on the roundabout of 22 sector Chandigarh respectively and driving on over speed.
When one female passenger asked the driver to drive carefully with little bit slow speed,than driver start shouting on her and abused her and said he has he getting late for his next route.
Female passenger told him that the passengers which are in this route right now they are now felling comfartable and safe please drive carefully and with slow speed.
Driver said: passengers safety is not his duty his duty is to keep his bus on time.
He passengers safety is not the duty of a public transport's driver than whose duty is it.

Sir/Madam,
I am PARVEEN SAINI from FROM DERA BASSI. Today (23-04-2018), we were coming from sector 17 in CTU DEPOT-1 Bus NO.- CH01G 5325 day shift 9.30am . i said bus conductor this is my i card ( my father is working in ctu department ) and he is speaking that your id card not working in this bus and i asked why any reson and he start misbehavioure with me . and i asked again plz get my ticket to naya gaon . AND he not give me ticket. and He is same behaviour with me 3rd time.
I request you to take a strict action against him. So that the same does not happen with anyone else. I hope you will soon take the necessary action and make us feel more secure.

No entry in 518C(school trip)

Respected sir,
I am a college student and want your kind attention to my complaint against bus service of 5A and 5C.In the morning,these buses always arives late to their respective stops.As you have converted somes of them as school trip busses,they did not allow college students to enter in the bus.And other 5C is not arives in time and due to this we got late for college and missed our 1st lecture.So kindly allow college students too to these school trip busses as we are college students.
And kindly fix this problem as soon as possible

No entry in 518C(school trip)

Respected sir,
I want to seek your kind attention to my complaint against 5A and 5C bus routes.In the morning they are never on time and some of them are converted into school trip,due to this we got late to our colleges and missed our 1st lecture.Those school trip busses did not allow college student and other busses 5A and 5C are not on time.As we did not have any other vehicle so we have no other option.So please kindly allow college students to enter in school trip busses(518C and A)and fix this problem.
Kindly take this problem as important,because this is not just my problem but every student's problem who goes to colleges and fix this problem as soon as possible.

Complaint for busses

Respected sir,
I want to seek your kind attention . I am a college student and i have a complaint regarding 5A and 5C bus services.Some of these buses are converted into school trip and they did not allow the college students to enter in the buses.Because of this,we got late for our college and missed our 1st lecture.Please kindly allow college students too to enter in these school trip busses so that we can reach to college on time.

RUDE and HARSH BEHAVIOUR OF BUS DRIVER (BUS No. CH01GA 7119) Route Between from Railway Station to Baddi HP

I am 57 years old and working as HR head with multinational company, living in Chandigarh since 1965. as a passenger I was shocked and been humiliated at Baddi bus stand on 24-12-2016 time 01:15 pm by the rude behaviour of Driver BUS NO. CH01GA 7119 Bus from Depot No 3 He don't know how to behave with passengers, On Saturday afternoon BUS NO. CH01GA 7119, at around 01:15 pm (aprx) I was waiting for bus (as my car was under break down) for Pinjore and I enquire from a Sikh gentleman who was standing in the middle of the gate reading some print out it seems that he has some relation with bus, Conductor was missing from the bus , whether this bus goes to Pinjore or not, his instant reply was “NO” it goes to Chandigarh Railway station, can you drop me at Pinjore, ,he replied you can take Himchal Bus as the Himchal bus driver object us it, later on he agreed to drop me at Pinjore. I enter the bus and looking for a seat, lots of seats were un occupied, when I was about to sit, he immediately start shouting from gate don’t sit, you are not allowed to sit on a seat and start arguing, even I requested him, but didn’t allow me to sit by saying if you want to travel keep on standing or get down from bus. After getting for bus I and ask him why you are so rode with me.”WHAT IS THIS I HAVE RIGHT TO TRAVEL BY BUS “lots of people also gathered there and tries convincing him but he keeps on arguing. He has no manners how to talk with elderly person and keep on pressurizes me to travel by Himachal Roadways, why he is favoring Himachal Roadways (some thing smelling out mischief that’s why he was advocating Himachal Roadways), He is not owner the bus and he have no right to speak like this, I have missed the bus and keep on waiting till the next bus came around 2.15 PM and lost about one hour. I am searching for some officials from CTU to whom I should talk, but everybody making different faces after listening the bus no, I don’t know why, that’s the reputation of that driver and also carries the CTU, a reputed transport of city beautiful.

After his departure, people standing nearby have the same views that “this driver has a habit of behaving rude or have no manners. By this attitude he is spoiling the reputation of CTU as well as putting bad names to all drivers, kindly take the necessary action against him, he should be polite in his behavior with public and respect elderly people. Such person needs to be screwed and teach a lesson.

careless driving and miss behaviour to travellers

Dear Concerned,
My self Bibin Babu belong from kerala working as Audit Manager in Karvy Financial Services Chandigargh region traveling daily from ISBT 43 to Mansa devi route evening 6.45 pm
It's not a complaint against ticketer or driver I just want to remember the public view regarding your transport staff driver and conductor Of AC bus public transport .
On 23.06 15 am traveling to mansa devi by ac bus starting from 6.45 found that ticketer lady she is always daily not sit his seat or not allowed to sit her seat and also standing front gate talking to driver .It causes travellers can't get down through front gate and driver carelessly driving talking with her causes the cancellation of accident in two timesunderstand at ling also she doesn't respect senior citizen also even she misbehave and not reafy to write customers name in pass she gave to trveler for write name also abuse her talking to travellers .in my station driver cant hear my request to get down from bus i said to them please sit in your seat but she was not ready to go from front gate .please try to understand your staffs especially lady ticketer and try to save life of public.
Expect your honest action otherwise affect it the goodwill of CTU and compel to forward it to court

late bus service

Sir, I want to complaint about the bus services of CTU route no. 39 . This bus is always late ,never on time my mom have to go to office on time and we don't have any vehicle . So I want you to take quick actions on this complaint.As the weather is so warm so its very hard to wait for this bus 1 -1.50 hrs outside in sun...As it is very important for my mom to do this job as my father had passed away. Its my request to see into this matter.

I'm dissatisfied from CTU bus services and look forward to hearing from you soon
