I placed an order with Cudo and received a message from Cudo support team saying item was over threshold and wanted a copy of my Drivers Licence front and back and a utility bill with my name and address.I refused this information as I normally only give this to banks if a loan is needed.I thought it was a strange request !!

I will say I did eventually get refunded but not before a lot of hassle and time & more money spent to take my case to vcat. Cudo are not interested in providing great deals for buyers. They operate on a system of greed and if you are unhappy with your purchase then go ahead & fight them for your money back. They count on the fact that most people will give up the fight. I didn't and eventually many months later picked up their shitty shoddy sofa but never again cudo will I spend my hard earned cash with you. Looking forward to the day you have no more customers cause word finally got around.

Please be warned about CUDO deals..
I have ordered two items since the 29/11/14 and uptil now I still haven't received them, However other items I ordered at the day from overseas have arrived. Now I have tired to contact CUDO, is been two days now they haven't told me whats happening with my item after they replied to my email saying that they will get back to me in the next 24 hours,. I have sent them a follow up email.. Not one single responses from them.. Also the 1800071560 they stated to call if you have any questions.. Doesn't work.. So now
I have decieded authorized PayPal for a refund.. Please don't waste time and money buying from this site.. Their customer service very poor....

I purchased 3 half day deep sea fishing charters for $65 each on the 11th of March, when I called them to book on March the 13th they told me that weekends were booked out until my voucher expired. I then told them we were available to go between the 4th to the 14th of April. They explained they would call the day before between the hours of 3 to 5 pm pending weather and numbers to fill the boat. During these 10 days no one called between 3-5pm so we called them. Of course there was no answer and a full message bank every day leaving me no option but to email the company. Again no response from For Reel Fishing Charters. We have not been offered a re-schedule date as stated in the terms and conditions and I am concerned that this company has failed to return any of my calls or emails and I have wasted my money.

I have ordered a coffee machine from CUDO and despite many emails i still have not received it from 8 weeks ago, and they keep promising it is on its way, but i have not seen any product yet. DONT ORDER FROM CUDO - I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND MISLEADING ABOUT PURCHASES.

Cudo - not supplied my garment steamer or contacted me. When they have emailed me back, only 3 times, they kept putting the delivery date back. I have requested a refund as I am moving house. This started over nearly 4 months ago. They just ignore me. I have never had a problem before from them or other voucher companies. It is disgusting and they are thieves.
Really not happy i have thrown away $50.00 for nothing. Worst of all i could have bought this item in a store/shop and taken it with me for this price. At least if there were any warranty issues, it may have been covered. Tamara

Wow- amazing to see so many people unhappy with CUDO, I've only used it a couple of times and was happy, until now waiting over a month for a sip and take, same as Mel, it's on our credit card history, but no email or invoice, or on my purchase history.
I was just looking for a phone number thinking this is terrible- making it so hard to actually speak to a human!!! when I came across all these comments just trying to find a phone number, so thank you Sarah, you've obviously helped a mountain of people.
No so called '"business"" should be allowed to operate over the internet without a contact number for people genuinely needing to track down their purchases, after all it's our hard earned money they are taking without even reassuring you as to what's going on!!
I think I'll be heading to the shops from now on, so once I've handed over the cash I have my product in my hand!!!

Thanks Sarah for the phone number - it is TOTALLY ridiculous it's not on website. I just rang and they are processing a refund for me, after I took half day off to get "pampered" with a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial - bowled up and CLOSED!!! I'm unhappy that CUDO did not inform me of this and I wasted my time and money for NOTHING!!!
