Vivid cruise booked through Cudo for Sunday 5 th June . No contact details given . Severe weather and all indications that cruises where cancelled . Tried to contact Cudo today no answer ! Made a couple of calls to cruise organisers today and eventually given a number with an automated msg saying cruises running on Saturday and Sunday night . Really ! How dangerous would that have been !

Booked with Cudo for a Vivid Cruise with Meal /drink for the27th May.to impress my overseas visitors(6adults &1child) of Sydney Vivid Light festival but was a Disaster and Disgrace to put mildly.We arrived at Aquarium Wharf on que for embark but was told to relocate to another Embarkation Wharf. Got there and the que was a mile long but for MV BEnelong which was not the vessel we booked on! Our vessel suppose to be MV Southern Star! Anyhow photos has been taken prior embarkation of some 400 passengers easily for a vessel not big enough to carry the number of passengers with not enough life jackets! let alone enough seats for older people!Food was a diagrace!What we paid for we get Skewered Chicken stickX1,salads and dessert 1x slice of baby carrot cake.Could you believe it? I want my money back! or I will send my photos to Maritime Services Board for a formal complaint on the cruise operator organised by you mob! So much for giving my guest a highlight of their last night visit to Sydney.Will never Book with Cudo again to be treated like scums or Sardines of the seas.Thanks but no Thanks. I want an explainnation as what went wrong or you will wait and see if this go public.or videos of cruise uploaded to utube..
