Hello air Asia . Just want complaint why I should to wait so many time to get the feedback from air Asia. I mke a call to customer service but the said the AK member cannot call them. They advised to refer live chat. But I didn't get any feedback or something. My flight will coming soon. I just want change my time departure from jakarta to Malaysia due hv some urgent cases on 6 November. Please reply as soon as possible cuz I need prepared early
