My reliacard being late and I not being able to be directed to a supervisor...thr associate was VERT RUDE and hung up in my face twice.

I was told by several different associates that my card was mailed on the 29th..and I would get my card the next friday..I DIDN'T..,so I called to speak with sum one above the ladies and gentlemen who answer the phone..I GOT LIED TO THREE TIMES AND PUT ON HOLD, ONLY TO GET THE PHONE HUNG UP IN MY FACE..TOTAL DISRESPECT..969
