powerxl vortex air fryer

I purchased a power xl vortex air fryer on Dec 15, 2020 and also purchased the skewer and basket. It is now May 10,2021 five(5) months later and I continue to get the out of stock and it will ship soon run around. I am very unhappy with the QVC vendor and their constant lies about when this will ship. I will not purchase anything from QVC again as I cannot trust them or their vendor to follow through with their claims about their products.

Anything that QVC or its vendors sell can be purchased on Ebay or Amazon for the same prices. Try Amazon or Ebay first to make your purchases and get the guaranteed money back if it does not arrive or is defective.

Salon step

I purchased salon step after seeing it in steals and deals. I was to purchase one and get second one no charge. I received one but didn't get second one. I just wondered how many other people fell for this scam and false advertising.
Of course I called customer service and you don't get to talk to a person, just a recording with this email.
I hope this will go further than my phone call.

MICRO TOUCH TITANIUM TRIM UNIT

This is not a complaint. It is a happy review.

On February 8, 2021 I received my Micro Touch Titanium with skeptical optimism. When I opened the box it looked impressive. With a positive attitude my wife of 52 years began to give me yet another Pandemic haircut. Very quickly I felt hair being cut, not pulled out of my head. Hair fell of of my head the way it does when a professional barber cuts my hair. Things felt good and I became optimistic that this was going to be a good haircut. In no time, she was finished. I went to the mirror and saw a better than just ok haircut. It was great! My wife is the best and so is my new trimmer. I think that I will try to keep both around for another 52 years!!!

I would send you pictures but my face would take too much away from my wife's success.

I received my MICRO TOUCH TITANIUM TRIM UNIT this week. Opened the package and my wife quickly went to work giving me a haircut, which she has been doing for almost a year during the Covid pandemic. This time she was extremely successful! In just a few minutes she gave me the very best haircut that I have gotten in years!!

This the best purchase that I ever made off one of these types of adds.

TAC SHAVER

I ordered one of your BELL & HOWELL TAC SHAVERS as advertised on television, I received said product and after opening the package and retrieving my shaver, I plugged it in to charge per instructions and the entire bottom came off and will not snap back together. I would like to know why such cheap shoddy products are allowed to be sold to the public

Genie Bras TLC

I had ordered some Genie TLC bras from this company on June 22 2020. they did not fit proper so i got ahold of the company and they sent me a return authorization label and number to be able to send back the products and then after they received it they would give me my refund. The company sent me an email saying that they received my product back on 7/31/20, and so then I never received my refund as they told me they would. I called them and they said that they tried putting the refund back in my pay pal account and it was rejected. which that didnt make since to me, so they said they would send me a ck through the mail....never received it. Since then I have called 4 other times and here it is now January 5th 2021. These other times ive called they apologize and promise to send me my refund. The last time I called was January 4th and they promised they would have my ck to me within 10-15 days. Ive asked ....what the heck is going on and they just say that they will look into it and re-escalate it......ok...we will see!!!! I will NEVER order anything from this place again!

I don't mind having the chance to order a second order for 2 additional lights. However, I did not want any of the other "add-on"

Bell & Howell, Triburst.com

I was placing an order on line for two Triburst LED lights and mistakenly clicked on an upgrade I did not want. The web site did not offer an opportunity to edit the order or to cancel and start over. It is 8:33 pm on Friday and the customer service number is closed until Monday. In the meantime, they will be processing the order for almost double what I wanted without an opportunity to cancel. Very poor, unfriendly web site.

Defective fan

We ordered 2 My Foldaway rechargeable fans. Finally received after delays and after issues with ordering process. We used one fan for about a week and discovered it running one morning, although it was not turned on. The fan would not turn off and ran at a very low speed for day and a half. We tried to recharge it but it appears totally locked up or just broken. I have called the only customer service number found (866-274-2797) and only get recorded message that the number is out of my calling area and the called party is temporarily unavailable. I don’t know what that means. We are using the second fan but are skeptical. I would like a replacement fan and am highly dissatisfied.

Refund not received

refund

Order # 362044000194308 was placed in July 2019. I received order but then elected to return. I believe that when MonsterTrapper.com went to apply my refund , they encountered a card that had been deactivated by my bank because of fraudulent activity on the card. ( I was issued a replacement card and never thought that this would be why my money was not refunded). Now two weeks ago I was able to use the customer status site to review orders placed but now this order does not even show up and I am assuming thats because as I am sure you will tell me that these things get removed from the records after a year. Its only 100 dollars but its the principle of the idea. Can someone please contact me about this refund.
