The second order of 24 lights for 50%off the price of $132.00; however, when I printed my order confirmation, I noticed that the charge for the 24 lights was $132.00 not $84.00 as your website stated. I carefully wrote down & save order. First payment made immediately 52.47. They gave my discount on oven down to 149.99, ckbk 29.99 & 7.49 shipping on bk ONLY. $149.96 + 29.99 + 7.49 = $ 187.44 balance MINUS first paymt $52.47 (highest she said) then 3 more paymts of $45.00. #1- suppose to cost 2 payments of $19.99 or 1 payment of #38.00, then with add on's it was #79.00. WELL when it came they billed my credit card #125.00
#2- It said it runs 8 hours on one fill WELL I fill it almost 3 1/2 times in an 8 hour period. I have to set and watch that it doesn't run out.
#3- it has cut out twice now on its own.
#4- I would like my money back and the cost of sending it back. I think the BBB should shut you down for stealing and false advertising.

The TV ads are totally misleading. I ordered what I thought was 2 visors and rec'd one. When I called about finding my 2nd order she told me they call that the 2-in-1 the second visor.
I do no recommend dealing with the company.

I ordered two chill chests, from a TV comercial after 6 weeks they were shipped but now are lost in the mail. Canada Post said to alert the company to the loss but this place near Toronto ( I live 4 hours drive away from) hasn’t any live person you can contact. Seems my $80.00 is lost.

First time I used this pot for cooking mashed potatoes. When I whipped them with my mixer, the pan scratched. Was not supposed to do that. Pot is pretty thin and coating seems thin also. NOT GOOD PRODUCT !! Do not buy Gotham Steel.

Received the glasses about a month ago, Tac glasses claim that they can survive in the harshest conditions, but it seems that they can't survive in benign conditions. Just snapped in the middle whilst hanging in a sun glass holder. Won't super glue and made in China.

On April 10th, 2018, I received an email acknowledging a purchase that I had made over the phone over a recorded message.The email was from [email protected] so I was unable to ask for further details.
-They gave me an order tracking number: 768C3201815127173 and included a listing for a 10 piece pantry set that I hadn't heard about before. When I tried to track this number the message was that there were no results for this number.
-There wasn't any way that I could find the total cost of the items that were listed.

I had ordered asset of tac glasses for19.95, I had also ordered a second set for 9.95 and a set of tacnights for 9.95. The confirmation sent me was for 3 sets of glasses but was only shipped 2, both at 19.95. The third time I wore a set the RH arm snapped in half putting them on. Confirmation number is 25314302. What can be done with this or should I just chalk it up to a bad experience? Thanks Ken Gara

This is the WORST place to deal with. Do NOT buy anything from Gorham smokeless grill. Could not reach anyone to cancel order. When i finally did. Kiera rude, rude, rude! Called corporate they did nothing. I have to wait to refuse package. NEVER get involved with this company!!! No one will help you! Biggest mistake Ever!
