after shopping from jb i go to singapore.and do my clearance there.one malay officer stop me bring to office and ask for checking.my things is roughly RM400 only.but i have was charges for the tax.and the malay officer say that singaporean PR and white card can bring but malaysian work permit cannot bring in.this is law in year 1994 for goverment make it.how he can fool me by using tis type of law and i suspect he threatning me.this incident happen 14.10pm on Monday 15.10.2018.the malay guy is write down my goods that i brought in.his name too long at his name tag he wear so cannot capture it properly.He is fat and tall man around age 40 to 50.is it the law say who bring white card,who are singaporean PR can bring anything inside country but why not work permit.if others buy too expensive goods no need to declare am i right? is it fair to everyone!And tis malay guy say this is law brought in1994. this info given by ur officer to me inside the office where got another 2 officer working inside one is indian old man and one is chinese old man wearing spectacle.plz train the officer properly before they assist in customs!
