rude staff

I am not trolling I am just pointing out the lies that you have posted. You must be so bored and lonely to post lies online for attention. Your post just happened to be in on the active post lists about CVS.

You are the dim-witted one. First you claim she said she could not see the coupon in the slot then you claim she never said anything to you. It can't be both ways you liar. I suggest that if you have such low self esteem and get offended when people say something negative about your review than you don't bother to see the replies if it hurts your feelings and makes you cry to mommy. The point is you are lazy. Most likely you are one of those idiot customers who put the items out of reach of the cashier and expected her to stretch to get to the item. You may be an adult but you act like you are still 8 years old. It is sad that you have to make lies to get attention and you are probably disappointed that it took ten months for someone to reply to you and even more sad because I hurt your poor pitiful feelings.

Tasha4, is your life so pathetic that you go trolling through complaint forums responding to posts almost 10 months old? You have the audacity to call me a liar? You did not read my post closely enough and furthermore, you didn’t witness the situation so you are not qualified to make such an uninformed and dim-witted comment.

Judging by your other 452 comments defending big corporations in response to other complaints, you are the extremely unpleasant one. It is so sad that you have nothing else better to do with your worthless life than go trolling. You are a waste of time.

I just had one of the rudest customer service experience (cvs store #714) in a very long time. I had made the mistake of scanning a coupon that wouldn't work on sale items at the self-checkout that immediately locked up. The self-check-out attendant (#0028843?) pushed me aside and claimed that she doesn't see the coupon in the slot. She then just walked away without a word to me to the other cashier at the register who finally came over after 5 minutes and got the coupon out for me but started to walk away with the check-out still locked. I mentioned this before she reluctantly told me to go over to the register counter to be rung up by the first staff member (a cranky old lady who never smiles). She started to ring up my purchases and even told me to push an item an inch to her. She gave me my receipt without a "thank you" or even a word. I asked her for a bag for my big items and she grudgedly got a large bag and put one of my lage item in a bad before throwing it down on the counter. She did the same to my second large item and still didn't say a word to me or even hand me my bags. She only gave me a scowl.

I try not to patronize this store too often because the people there are always mean. If I must shop at a cvs, I prefer to go to the ones in Porter or Davis Square. From now on, I will shop at Rite Aide or Walgreens if I ever need something close to my house. CVS store #714 = FAIL!

You are a liar, first you claim she told you she could not see the coupon in the slot then you claim she never said a word to you. Well if she said she could not see the coupon in the slot she obviously said something to you. Oh the horror that you actually had to pull a muscle and push an item a whole inch. Hope you did not break any bones doing this. I bet you are pretty unfriendly yourself to get this service.

Store #1024. I'll keep this short. Most times I go in there I get stuck being waited on by Fran (cashier #394042) who says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING through the whole transaction. It's ridiculous. I'll walk up with a smile and say "Hi" or "Good afternoon" and she'll just look at me and breathe through her mouth. She also (and this has to be deliberate) takes her time doing everything. It's incredibly rude.

The other option is the tiny old lady who is really terse and demanding. But not always: sometimes she's on her smoke break.

I wish CVS had a complaints section on the website so I didn't have to write this on a discussion board, but I've been wanting to complain about Fran for about 7 months and I couldn't stand to put it off any longer.

CVS extrabucks rewards. Mine has Have expired. There are suppose to BE the same as cash. But I cannot use them. Somebody please help me. My extracare number 4763209350913 and CVS has my email address if they wish to resolve this issue.
