POS software has tossed my name as of 10/19/2020. The product is in the Assistance’s hand but the POS will not let them ring it up because my name is not related to that store anymore. I suspect the problem is my name
Senior. This happed the last time the POS was overhauled. It won’t accept that as a last name.
It’s happened twice since the 19th and lid costing the Pharmacy and me over an hour of lost time. Help. [email protected]
