I have been trying to get charges to my account for Cyberdefender cancelled for months. I installed over 2 years ago and when I did computer crashed and had to buy new one. It actually installed viruses! Didn't have any charges for a while and then noticed that I am all of a sudden being charged. I have called number on my statement, it either gets no answer or put on hold and no one ever comes back. I have sent emails to the few contacts I have found online. I have sent letters to addresses. Nothing works! I did another search today and none of the phone numbers are listed and when I go to customer service on line it says page doesn't exist. I would like a refund for all the charges to my account but would settle for just getting them to stop charging me. I never used the software since it crashed my last computer. This company needs to be shut down.
