Regarding Cypress Farm Kennel and the incident with three puppies that were shipped who already had parvo.
This whole issue would have never become so public if CFK would have initially refunded the money to help pay for the parvo treatment required to save the puppies. It was after the complaint went public and after the encouragement of many people, that CFK provided a refund to only one of the puppy owners, but also told the parvo puppy owner not to ever tell people where she got the puppy. Two of the parvo puppy owners requested a refund, and that request was vehemently denied, even after proof was provided. It was not until those owners went public that one of them was refunded minus the PayPal fee. They are trying to continue to paint this picture of martyrdom. And then when the two puppy owners went public, CFK tried to defend themselves by not providing the facts to the public. They were defending themselves without accepting fault. This is one of the reason this story was so critical to tell. The side of the puppy owners is important. The facts surrounding this situation are necessary. They failed then, and they continue to fail to tell the true events as they actually happened.
