APPRAISAL

D R Horton New Development Naples Reserve be careful when buying. The Sale Pitch; the homes are worth $30,000 to $40,000 more then the list/sale price. WRONG. My APPRAISAL CAME IN LESS THEN THE LIST OR SALE PRICE, OH WELL YOU WILL LOSS YOUR 5% DEPOSIT IF YOU CANCEL. The other issue the D R Horton Mortgage Company keep the appraisal for 16 days before they sent it to me, 10 days before closing.
