The Represenative would not take no for an answer. He sold my daughter the most expensive materials they could and charged her for material that she didnt need . they did not complete the job . plus they delivered material such as roofing material like shingles for house and told her any material that was left after roof was finished, could not be returned. So she was left with 15 extra sheets of plywood and like 8 rolls of ice melt rooled roofing . and like 6 boxes of roofing nails plus charged her for new windows and the trim that was used was just siding trim around her old windows . they didnt do any caulking around any of them . and they brought her out the shower surround and just left it for her to install herself . plus the bathroom materials was not even the complete shower suround. Not everything needed to install was left for her. Shes having to find this out by taking i ventory of all to install it and not having it to i stall it with. She was way over charged and was threatened that if it wasnt paid by a certain time . they would penanize her and charge her an additional outragous amount of money for not paying in time .
