The Daily Chef wolemilk I buy in sams club regularly. Recently i noticed the cap is not very user friendly to open. Giving very hard time to open the cap. Once it end up in cutting the neck of the bottle. Plz need an action for this.

I have been purchasing the commercial plastic wrap for more than 20 years. I like it because it lasts for more than two years. I always purchase a new package well before the previous one runs out. When I opened my new roll, I found that the box was damaged. It has been quite a while since I purchased it, so I doubt that it can be returned. It may seem like a small matter, but besides the longevity, I really like the convience of wrapping my leftovers. What can you do?
